 李孟瑶老师 Noela K. ACTFL certified Mandarin Instructor, Tampa , Florida USA I have a dream that one day many people in the U.S. will be speaking Mandarin fluently just like any citizens in China. I would like to offer my expertise in educating your children in U.S. societies to be multi-lingual let it be Mandarin, Cantonese, or Spanish. My bachelor degree from San Diego State University was in ESOL and Spanish. I now hold a certification of "Teaching Chinese as Foreign Language" from U.S.F., Tampa, FL. and will receive a professional teacher certification from the Department of Education in Florida by December, 2011. I have attended many professional conferences such as ACTFL Conference, FFLA Conference, and SS TESOL conference from 2009 - 2011. Among all conferences, I've also participated in a teacher swap shop sharing my teaching experiences and resources at FFLA Conference, Jacksonville, 2009. My most current achievement will be Star Talk Chinese Teacher Training Program at Gainsville, FL summer of 2011. I will be able to assist anyone who is interested in learning conversational, academic, business, or coporate Chinese lesson. I can accommodate students from age 5 to 99 with many different modes of learning and communication in Chinese, such as interpretive, interperson, and presentational. Curriculum will include books, flashcards, music, video, and many other media for lecture and presentation. Students will learn how to listen, speak, read, and write Chinese simultaneously. Of Course, I will also provide cultural incentive with authentic materials and outside resources to make learning fun and motivating.
