 One-to-one Mandarin lessons with Shu-Chen in Surrey UK I am a native Mandarin speaker, and I teach Mandarin at all levels, from children to adults. I teach all four skills: reading, writing, listening and speaking. We can work with either traditional or simplified characters for writing. I can teach one-to-one, or small groups. I have taught Mandarin to sixth formers at a local school, as well as to children and adults in different settings. I have a Mandarin Teacher Training Certificate from the Ming-Ai (London) Institute. I have my own books for teaching purposes, but we can use any textbooks which a student may already be using, eg for GCSE, A Level or beyond. Normally students come to my house for lessons, but I will be happy to travel need be. I am also available to teach Mandarin at local Chinese or English schools.
