 Cardiff Chinese Christian Church The Sunday school began in 1978, and over the years it has grown in size and in the scope of its ministry. Currently we have about 140 pupils between the age of 5 and 18. We meet every Sunday during term time from 2 to 4pm. The first hour is devoted to teaching Chinese, followed by an assembly from 3 to 3.15pm, and then Bible classes till 4pm. We have 12 Chinese classes ranging from beginners to A Level standard. There are 7 Bible classes for children up to the age of 12. A Young Teens group was formed three years ago to cater for children aged 12 and 13, and youths above the age of 14 would be joining our Youth Fellowship. Many parents send their children to our Sunday school primarily to learn Chinese, so to teach Chinese to the best of our abilities would indeed be an important objective.
