Use the prefix CHI to find the most up-to-date information about Chinese courses. Hofstra in China, an overseas study program, usually takes place in Summer I, right after the spring semester. It is a cultural immersion program with excursions to four cities, museum visits, and includes first rate art performances, including acrobatics, the Beijing opera, gongfu, and Chinese dance. Students can take one or two Chinese culture/literature classes or a Chinese language class at any level.
