![]() Ming-Der Chinese School The phrase Ming-Der originates from "the Great Learning"; first book of the famous collection of the four books, written by Confucious. Ming-Der means to illustrate morality and virtue, to know of right and wrong. Its meaning is significant to our students, as we promote not only high standards of academic education, but an all round sense of greater learning. Ming-Der Chinese School is registered as a charitable, non-profit Chinese community language school. The school operates in six separate locations around the Western Sydney, with more than 798 students in a total of 52 classes from Kindergarten to Year Twelve. This school is one of the largest Chinese schools in Sydney. It has a firm reputation for teaching the Chinese language and in promoting the Chinese culture and traditions. Our Aims
