 Qingdao Technological University Qindao College Chinese Language and Culture Programs Each semester，QDC will organize language/culture classes at elementary，intermediate and advanced levels. Students are to be placed in classes which suit them best by taking a proficiency test. A class is usually composed of 10-20 students. The Spring semester starts around early March and the Autumn semester in early September. A semester usually consists of 18 weeks. Each week students may have 20 class hours of language courses and there are also various elective courses for students to choose. Field trips are arranged each semester. A. Time for application: (1)Autumn semester: April-June (2)Spring semester: October-December Visit the website www.qdc.cn for online application. Length of program: Length of schooling : 6 months - 2 years． Entrance requirements： 1) Above18 years old, high school graduated, good health. 2) Advanced courses students need to provide HSK3 or higher certificate, or through the equivalent exam organized by QDC. Short term Chinese Language and Culture Programs QDC also runs short-term programs for groups of International students all year round. Courses can be specially designed upon request. Individual short-term students are accepted and placed in appropriate classes.
