 Tien Hsia Chinese Language School for Children, Singapore Tien Hsia Language School is registered with the Ministry of Education (Singapore) and established in 1989. Throughout the years, we have helped over 25, 000 children to improve on their spoken, written and academic Chinese. We believe that all children, regardless of their spoken language at home, can be motivated to learn Chinese.
