 West Norfolk & District Chinese Association West Norfolk & District Chinese Association was established in 2003, based in King's Lynn , Norfolk , with 250 members and 8 committee members. In West Norfolk there are about 2000 Chinese people in the area, originally from Hong Kong , Taiwan , Malaysia , Singapore , other European countries and Mainland China . We manage our Chinese School (established in 1992) with 62 students, ages from 5 to 16, focusing on Chinese language and Chinese cultural studies. We also assist our local state schools in building a good partnership with Chinese schools in China . We visit local festivals with our lion dance team introducing Chinese traditions and often invited by local state schools to demonstrate our Chinese culture to parents, teachers and school children.
